**Role Summary:**

Lead and coach effectiveness to drive growth of his/her assigned GEHC product portfolio, drive financial results, ensure compliance and be accountable for keeping the risk profile within the region norms and standards. He/She will work closely with the Region, Zone and P&L commercial leaders and teams to develop and deliver appropriate and effective channel strategies and support programs.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with WH Marketing team for development of product specific marketing pieces for your assigned segment

- Development of specific educational offerings and support for customers in your assigned segment

- Outside travel with PSS's, and Indirect Channel Partners

- Complete activities to drive zone level performance per business leader/ZSM direction.

- Compile IB specific to your segment, identify Champions, gather 360 input from field, and provide suggestions to business for targeted development of KOL's.

- Maintain current and legacy GE Value product knowledge and have a strong familiarity with competitive offerings in that space

- Partner with the Primary Care Remote Applications team to delivery best-in-class digital product demonstrations and installation training to both Value indirect partners and end users

- Increase Visibility & Funnel Development in the Value market

- Focus on Relationship Development with the Alternate Segment Channel peers and their distribution partners

- Ability to deliver clear, concise communication of GE specific value proposition, very important with increased competition in this market space

- Establish quarterly metrics and touchpoints with Channel Partners

- Support Trade Shows and Conferences in strategic and Value Segment Markets as determined necessary by the business leader


1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 5-7 years' experience in Healthcare related sales or marketing with a strong record of account management success 3. Strong business finance knowledge 4. Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment 5. High ethics and integrity 6. Fluent English and local language speaking 7. Strong contracts, legal, commercial & negotiation skills 8. Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda with third parties 9. Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs 10. Strong business coaching experience 11. Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people

**Desired Characteristics:**

1. Strong expertise in local Healthcare Legislation and regulations 2. Proven success in managing sales channels of multiple products in Healthcare equipment sales and flow business sales 3. Direct and/ or indirect leadership experience 4. MBA desirable, ability to analyze business models
