Job Description



Location(s): Field locations East, Central and West regions


Scope:Commercial team member responsible for all aspects of the sales process with in the sales region. This is a senior level position which represents ICL Specialty Products Inc. at all levels of the customers' organization. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for management of and development of the regions sales staff and is a key member of the seniors sales and Marketing team.This is a home-based position located anywhere in the continental US.

+ Commercial Director



Positions Reporting to This Position Report To:



+ Sales Account Managers with in the region



Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:



+ Sales and profit performance within the region


+ Management of the sales staff


+ Development of an effective team for the region


+ Development of individual sales professionals


+ Contract management of customers and distributors


+ Directing and supporting business development and growth goal for the business


+ Key interface between our customers and Marketing and other functions


+ Business team member







Required Skills




+ Bachelor's degree required with an MBA preferred.


+ Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including people management and dispute resolution.


+ Demonstrated exceptional business acumen.


+ Highly developed communication skills appropriate for all business situations.


+ Demonstrated skills in negotiating in difficult and complex situations.


+ Ability to deal with ambiguity


+ Ability to travel up to 50%




Required Experience




+ A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in Sales or Marketing. Preferred experience includes 5+ year leadership and people development.
