**Role Summary:**

Our Global Production Engineering & Implementation team is looking for trainees for engineering futures. As a global production engineer trainee, you will be apprenticing under the Global Production Engineer for Surfaces at LM Wind Power.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

As the Global Production Engineering Trainee, you will:

+ Provide technical support to factories on blade surface related issues

+ Provide and maintain guides, work instructions and other technical documentation

+ Interact with global functions for developments and updating information, solving technical issues

+ Execute routine tasks related to ECR, QCR and process documentation


+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college


+ Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Industrial / ManufacturingEngineering from an accredited university or college

+ Strong background in Excel

+ Willingness to "get your hands dirty" with on-the-shopfloor work

+ Pragmatic, practical and result oriented

+ Analytical with the ability to make decisions based on the analyses

+ Self driven and able to complete tasks independently with little oversight

+ Strong communication skills in written and spoken English

+ Team player

**PLEASE NOTE:** Grand Forks, ND and Little Rock, AR are the preferred locations; however other U.S. LM factory locations may be considered.
