**Role Summary:**

The GE Healthcare Commercial Experienced Program is a 6-9 month intensive training program, designed to produce sales professionals within the GE Healthcare business portfolio. The businesses include Diagnostic Imaging, Services, Life Care Solutions and Ultrasound. In addition to selling skills and product training, CEPs are also exposed to leadership, operations, Strategic Planning, and Marketing training.


**Essential Responsibilities:**

The Program is focused on candidates with 1-5 years consultative or sales experience in related industries and its location will alternate between Milwaukee, WI (GEHC USA training headquarters) and in territory work with an existing business account manager or filling in for an open commercial role.


The Commercial Experienced Program consists of the following training:


Product Training: Participants must attend and be fully engaged in training weeks at GEHC Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. During this portion of training, participants receive product training, and are exposed to marketing, operations, project management, & executive networking.


Sales Skills & Sales Process: During this portion of training, individuals receive leadership training, sales skills, sales process, territory management, negotiating skills, and presentation skills training.


Field Shadowing (On the Job Training): Participants spend weeks in the field shadowing a mentor to gain exposure to the region and the account communities. Program participants will also return to region to contribute to ongoing sales efforts and/or take on field related project work with their assigned mentors.


Upon successful completion of and graduation from the program, participants are considered for hire into permanent sales positions across GEHC organizations, where they are responsible for selling a specific GE Healthcare portfolio. The permanent role will consist of differentiating GE's product offerings, conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex clinical/technical sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions. It is expected that one also maintains exceptional after-sale relationships such as coordinating installation and onsite applications and communicating current market intelligence and customer status back to the business


**Qualifications/Requirements:**

? Bachelor's Degree AND 1-5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field OR 3-5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field

? Travel required

? Demonstrated interest in sales career

? Results oriented

? Valid motor vehicle license

? Pre-employment drug screen

? Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

? Submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background

? Must be willing to relocate to anywhere in the United States
