**Role Summary:**

In this role, you will lead senior-level relationships with key customers and you will have strong focus on driving expertise, speed and simplicity to decision making in the business. You will set the vision and clear strategy to build the Bently Nevada product portfolio for top line profitable growth, in focused verticals and applications. This is a global Bently Nevada strategic sales role, where you will enable and drive growth via the regional sales organization.


**Essential Responsibilities:**

In the role of Bently Global Sales Manager, you will:


+ Be responsible for profitable orders growth

+ Enable the regional sales organization to create customer needs, solve business problems through consultative approach, develop strategic sales / business plans and be responsible for delivering order, margin and penetration commitments

+ Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers

+ Develop key account strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution

+ Manage the global project pursuit sales managers in the region

+ Work closely with the regional support team, including sales, commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering and others in the implementation of customer strategies

+ Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the regional sales team

+ Be the voice of the customer and promote a customer centric mindset **Qualifications/Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Commercial experience in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and/or Industrial industryEligibility Requirements:

+ Travel 30% of time, as required **Desired Characteristics:**

+ Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and Proposals

+ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

+ Ability to define and implement strategic plans, set a vision and rally support around that vision

+ Strong track record of sales results and sales leadership results, preferably in a protection and condition based monitoring solutions

+ Strong communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership

+ Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong customer mindset

+ Knowledge of market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects
